We are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Fees:

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8 and free shipping with purchases over $125.

Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible.

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the shipping date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Item must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup, pet hair, etc)
• Item must be odor free (perfume, cigarette smoke, detergent, etc)
• Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no sign of wear)

Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will initiate the refund process.
• The refund will be issued in the original form of payment, minus the shipping cost.

Return Shipping:

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or damaged item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
3. Securely package the item with all original tags and packaging and include a copy of your original order receipt or packing slip.
